Their computerised solution adapts to your volume requirements and will allow you to automatically manage the preparation of shipments and to access on-line services. Your order references are recorded in order to provide permanent monitoring information from collection right through to delivery. |

Package monitoring : the responsiveness of an integral information system. By visiting our website, www.tatexpress.com or by using our dedicated client page, find the location of each of your packages using either the package number or through your own reference numbers. |

Personalised invoicing :to improve your invoice management, TATEX can provide you with a large selection of templates. |

Contractual engagement : in the case of loss or damage, should the liability of Tat Express be proven and in accordance with our general conditions of sale, an indemnity will be paid based on 23€ per kg, up to a maximum limit of 750€ per package (for shipments under 3 tons). |

Saturday morning delivery For the regular stocking of your stores, or to meet unexpected demands, TATEX will provide even more flexibility by delivering over 6 days, from Monday to Saturday. |

Optional insurance Cover against loss or material damage may be taken out, should you wish, through the purchase of an ad-valorem (insured value) policy up to an amount of 3,000 € before tax per package and 15,000 € before tax per shipment |

Payment of goods on delivery Chequexpress. To ensure payment on your orders, or to expedite them, TATEX provides a solution called Chequexpress (valid uniquely in France). Delivery to your consignee will only be made against payment, by cheque, for the value of the goods. This amount may not exceed 3,000€ inc. VAT per package and 15,000€ inc. VAT per shipment. The cheque will return the same day and we will present it to you the following day before 13h00. |

Proof of delivery (POD) By visiting our website www.tatexpress.com, you can consult and download images of your delivered packages. They are visual proof that your packages have been delivered. Where it may be required, you may also transmit these images to other parties by e-mail or fax. |

Carriage to pay Deliveries are made against payment of carriage by the consignee. |
|
Invoicing by email To help improve financial and accountancy management of your transport budget, you may elect to be issued monthly with copies of your invoices by email. |
