Contractural engagement : in the case of loss or damage, should the liability of TATEX be proven and in accordance with our general conditions of sale, an indemnity will be paid based on 23€ per kg, up to a maximum limit of 750€ per package (for shipments under 3 tons). |

Optional insurance Cover against loss or material damage may be taken out, should you wish, through the purchase of an ad-valorem (insured value) policy up to an amount of 3,000 € before tax per package and 15,000 € before tax per shipment. |
