Package collection from a third party for delivery to you or to your client is the main function of this service which has been specially developed by Tat Express for dealing with retro-logistics. |

Thanks to your on-line dashboard, you can permanently manage the progress of your outside collections. By visiting our website www.tatexpress.com or from your personal client page, you can monitor the position of each package and retrieve your delivery information at all times. |

Personalised invoicing : to improve your invoice management, TATEX can provide you with a large selection of templates. |

Contractual engagement : in the case of loss or damage, should the liability of TATEX be proven and in accordance with our general conditions of sale, an indemnity will be paid based on 23€ per kg, up to a maximum limit of 750€ per package (for shipments under 3 tons). |

Optional insurance Cover against loss or material damage may be taken out, should you wish, through the purchase of an ad-valorem (insured value) policy up to an amount of 3,000€ before tax per package and 15,000€ before tax per shipment. |

Proof of delivery (POD) By visiting our website www.tatexpress.com, you can consult and download images of your packages. They are visual proof that your packages have been safely delivered. Where it may be required, you may also transmit these images to other parties by e-mail or fax. |

Invoices by email To help improve financial and accountancy management of your transport budget, you may elect to be issued monthly with copies of your invoices by email. |
