In order to ensure a trouble free delivery and a safe journey for your consignments in the best of conditions:

	Packaging should be of a quality and material suited to the goods in transit.
	Labelling on your packages should give a clear indication – even where this information is already included on a DATATEX label of the following :
	the name of the consignee the full address of the consignee (P.O. boxes are not acceptable) the telephone number of the consignee (where despatch is to a non EU country)
	All consignments must be accompanied by a written list of the exact contents of each package ((packing list).
