Programmed collection will enable you to schedule your collection days and times at a moment suited to your needs. TATEX can collect systematically (daily), weekly or monthly depending on your despatch requirements. This service is established initially with your commercial agent and will remain flexible and re-negotiable with your TATEX agent. |

TATEX can collect your company's packages at your convenience. Your collection request should be faxed before 12h00 (Monday to Friday) to your local TATEX Agent. In order for us to guarantee an optimum service, we would ask you to confirm the collection time with your local TATEX Agent. Please note: your package should be prepared for the driver in time for the agreed collection. |

Outside collection is done using the TATEX website (www.tatexpress.com). This solution is aimed at providing automated third party despatches. Collection requests are made on line using your client account page in the section "despatch planning" or by following the instructions included on the home page of our website. |
