TATEX has developed Datatex, a software package aimed at simplifying pre-collection and collection procedures. With Datatex, you will be able to automatically prepare and despatch goods both Nationally and Internationally.
With Datatex you can edit your package labels, programme your preferred processing settings, save time on entering addresses by producing your own client address book, use your own references for package information, produce statistics and reports etc.

It is recommended that you regularly update your Datatex solution software as this will maximise the efficiency of your despatching by providing you with the very latest information on our national transport plan.

Datatex Station : Where the volume of despatch becomes large enough, TATEX can supply a Datatex Work Station. This computerised solution is delivered fully programmed to communicate with our central server. Your collection information is automatically transmitted each day for package monitoring and transport plan integration. The Datatex Station comprises a programmed PC together with printing hardware. The Datatex Station will also allow you to produce your own, definitive transport labels.
With Datatex Système, also known as “integrated labelling”, we will create a portal between our two information systems allowing you to edit your own transport labels using a template drawn up between us. This template will integrate up-to-date transport plan information as it is supplied by TATEX. By sending despatch information to TATEX at the same time as your goods leave, you will be feeding information into our package monitoring system and providing the details required for the creation of a transport and delivery plan. This solution is reserved for our heavy volume/frequency clients.
